Our Philosophy

Our Coaching Philosophy

To give children of all abilities the opportunity to participate in football and to develop creative and skilled players with good confidence and the sense of accomplishment. My aim is to develop players to the best of their abilities and to give them the opportunities to reach their full potentials and worth, not just in football but in life.

Our players will be hardworking, reliable, honest and trustworthy with exemplary time keeping.  We will always look to encourage by offering effusive praise when merited. When we offer advice and instructions to our players, we will also explain why they are necessary.

I want my players to express themselves and to play positive, attacking and creative football and to keep in line with the modern game my priority will always be to play out from the back but at all times we will have a tactical discipline.

Training sessions will be varied, yet structured around the way I intend my players to play. They will be match specific, age relevant and most importantly, enjoyable. I will expect my players to produce the same amount of energy during training to that I will expect of them during match situations.
